Meet Our Management Manmeet Singh CEO Manmeet brings 20 years of in-depth entrepreneurial and leadership experience which spans the technology industry to Dataguise. Manmeet has held strategic-level positions where he has been responsible for engineering, operations, and marketing. Before joining DataGuise™, Manmeet has had a distinguished career with Oracle Corporation, Zeneb Inc., Miri Technologies and HCL, where he held senior executive positions in software and business development.

Adrian Booth CTO Adrian has more than 25 years of systems engineering design and management experience in the information- technology industry. Adrian’s responsibilities have included developing business applications, localizing products for international markets, championing cross–functional technology initiatives, and managing the product lifecycle.
Adrian has held senior level positions at NIIT and HCL, architecting custom solutions for various clients such as E*Trade, Uniface Corporation, Critical Path and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Adrian received a bachelor’s degree from University of Lucknow, India.
Allan Thompson SVP Business Development, Marketing and Product Strategy Thompson has been integral in helping companies surpass business objectives, having worked with organizations through successful acquisitions, IPOs and impressive corporate growth. Prior to DataGuise, Thompson was VP of business development in the data protection unit of McAfee, Inc. McAfee acquired DLP vendor Reconnex where Allan was instrumental in the acquisition. Prior to McAfee, he was the SVP of enterprise sales and business development for anti-spyware firm Tenebril, Inc. Thompson was also the president and CEO of Senforce Technologies, Inc. Prior to Senforce, he was the VP of business development for IntruVert Networks, a pioneer of intrusion prevention network appliances. Under Thompson’s guidance it was acquired by McAfee. He was also SVP of global alliances and marketing at Trend Micro where he was responsible for global partnerships, channels and integrated worldwide marketing strategy. Thompson grew sales 300% year-over-year both before and after Trend Micro’s Initial Public Offering (IPO). Four out of the last five security companies that Thompson has held executive posts at have been Gartner Visionary or Magic Quadrant leaders. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University. Erik Jarlstrom VP of Customer Advocacy Erik brings over 26 years of global management and enterprise software industry experience to DataGuise™. Prior to joining DataGuise™ Erik was Vice President, Professional services and application enablement of Princeton Softech, Inc., a high-growth company and leading provider of enterprise data management software. When Princeton Softech, Inc. was acquired by IBM in 2007, Erik stayed on to support the integration effort and run worldwide services for IBM Optim which quickly became one of IBM Software Group’s fastest growing product lines. Earlier in his career, Erik held the director position at Delegata, solutions director at AristaSoft and Practice Manager for Oracle Corporation. His financial experiences include positions as CFO for a travel service company, controller and IT manager for a pharmaceutical company and as an accountant for Ernst and Young, all in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Erik earned a BA in finance and management from Copenhagen Business School and currently resides in New Jersey, United States.
Joe Lawless VP of Sales Joe is a technology executive who has had significant success over a 25 year career in the enterprise software space. Most recently he was the General Manager and VP of Sales at Princeton Softech, the leader in enterprise data management solutions. While there, the sales team grew revenues at a 100% rate over a 2 year period, resulting in the company's acquisition by IBM in 2007.
Prior to Princeton he led the North American sales effort at KVS, a leader in e-mail archiving. During his tenure at KVS he built the sales team and grew revenues at a 50% annual rate from '03-'04. KVS was acquired in 2004 by Veritas for $220M which was subsequently purchased by Symantec a few months later. Prior to KVS Joe was the Vice President of sales at Verity, the leader in enterprise search. He led the sales effort from 1998-2001 as the company grew revenues from $40M to $146M and helped the companies market capitalization grow to over $1.5B. During the 1980's he held various sales & sales management positions at CA; while there the companies business grew from $26M to over $1B in annual revenues.
